"An hotel with no charm"
Hotel on a golf course, the rooms are large and properly equipped, insulation between the rooms average, we could hear the neighbor taking a shower. A large hallway, no elevator, little charm! value for money average with no more.
"Worst experience I ever had"
One phone very dusty. The other was not working. No radio/clock in room. No mini fridge or safe box. Issues with the door key. Type of room reservation was not respected in the hotel. Shower mat missing as well. Had to request one.
"Neat hotel design"
Took off one star only because my room smelled like it may have been recently painted and needed some air. Staff was great, breakfast was nice. Very helpful to people who spoke little or no Spanish. Everything looked very clean.

The hotel was very good, they can improve some things. The room was very comfy, bed, and the minisplit was amazing, keep the room warm during the night. the shower was very good because water had a lot of pressure and the temperature was perfect.
