Due to not making my flight I stayed 1 night at the hotel as it is conveniently located near the airport (about 10 minute walk). The hotel is fairly clean and offers good value for short stays. That being said, as many convenient hotels located close to airports, they are always noisy (as this one is), but the bigger issue was that there is obviously mould within the air conditioning unit as I experienced allergy symptoms within minutes of turning on the unit. I was able to tolerate this for one night, but it was unpleasant. Beyond that, the staff was attentive, room and hotel clean and breakfast decent. Worth a stay for 1 night.

I really enjoyed the swimming pool, their Mexican breakfasts and being able to walk to the airport with my luggage. Swimming pool hours are 9 am to 9 pm, but they don't rush us out at closing. Didn't like that I didn't have a hot shower both nights, and that I got pinched on the toilet seat every time.

I chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the airport, and it served its purpose for an overnight stay before my morning flight. However, if you're seeking a more upscale or luxurious experience, this wouldn't be the best option. Pros: The hotel is budget-friendly, close to the airport, and offers quick check-in. Cons: The cleanliness left much to be desired, there was no hot water, no hair conditioner provided, and the pool area was quite dirty

What this place has going for it is the proximity to the airport. Without a lot of luggage you can simply walk there. Our particular room was clean. The rooms are small and basic, but we knew that going in, having stayed at other Hotel One in Mexico previously. What I hadn't counted on was that there would be no hot water. Desk personnel were not helpful. Said I could cancel without penalty of charges and go somewhere else. No offer of a discount for the inconvenience. Facing a very early morning departure, we just decided to stay, although this will have been our first and last time at this hotel. Definitely not coming back, and recommend anyone look for someplace else where it's likely you won't be surprised.

We chose this hotel because it is walking distance to the airport, reviews seemed okay, and there is an outdoor pool. And that is the only pluses to this place. When we book we often do 2 beds because the rooms are larger. This room has 2 twin beds. It has a slab for a desk, luggage holder or whatever. One black and white wall poster and a plastic desk chair. It is absolutely bare bones. It has an extremely small tv in the corner with very few channels and no option to access the menu to change the language for any show. We didn’t hear any noise from the room beside us but the construction in the lobby was loud until 6 pm. Then we appreciated not hearing it. We did use the patio around the pool but it wasn’t very clean. The pool was clean and unheated. We wouldn’t likely stay in a One Hotel again
