"Do not stay in this hotel!"
Do NOT stay at this hotel! We arrived in the evening, and there was a crowd of people in line to get into the two tiny elevators that take you to the hotel check-in. I had just had unexpected surgery on my achilles tendon and was on crutches. The people in line were quite lovely and let me go first but we still had to wait a long time for an open elevator. The hotel was packed with people and quite loud. We ended up needing to spend 6 hours in the hospital that evening and when I returned to the hotel, I asked for extra pillows because my leg needed to be elevated. They said NO. They said they had no extra pillows in the hotel. WHAT?! My boyfriend then went to take a shower and there was no hot water. We ended up moving to a lovely Airbnb that was so much cuter, right near the beach, and run by the loveliest couple.
"Superb Hotel!"
We had a great stay in One Hotel La Paz. It has clean and quiet rooms, nice, comfortable beds and it is well maintained. The staff is really kind and supportive and seeks the guests' best stay. Breakfast is complete, clean and nutritious. It has a great location, just a few blocks from the main beach and it is near everything. We will surely come back!

Arrived a bit early and despite the hotel being far from full, we were told we couldn’t check in until 3pm. I asked why, and one of the 5 people at the front desk standing around doing nothing, pointed to a sign behind her and said 3pm, no earlier, no exceptions. You call that Service? Hardly. You shouldn’t be in the hotel business. The rooms are loud and you can hear everything between the walls. The only way to get to the hotel lobby is from a small elevator that is always full and you wait 5-10 minutes to get out of there. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
"Clean but very basic hotel"
Great place...nicely situated if you are going there for business. Breakfast is very basic. Fruit is fantastic but juice is an imitation of a watered down sugared version of orange. Would be better if they actually used juice. Pool is packed since there are some people that use this hotel as a holiday hotel.
"Fantastic Place"
I really enjoyed my stay - I booked really last minute and I arrived and was greeted so warmly and with so much respect. The front desk staff were kind and funny and respectful - everything you hope for. The room itself was perfectly clean. I really loved the bedding - it was that old school high-end hotel bedding which you don't find so much anymore. I just loved it. Fantastic service. Fantastic room. Thanks OneHotel La Paz.
