WORLD CLASS CAESAR PARK RIO DE JANEIRO IPANEMA ENHANCES HOTEL WITH ADDITION OF EXECUTIVE FLOORS AND MEETING SPACE

 

            RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (July 17, 2007) – Caesar Park Rio de Janeiro-Ipanema, owned and operated by Latin America’s leading hotel company, Grupo Posadas, announces hotel enhancements, including the creation of four new executive floors, as well as a lounge and a boardroom, which both provide ideal space for casual meetings or formal functions.  The updates were made in response to guest needs and improve the already award-winning hotel property located on the beachfront of Ipanema, Rio’s hottest travel destination.

The new executive floors feature 30 hotel rooms, including eight executive suites, 17 junior suites, one presidential suite and one imperial suite.  These exclusive floors provide guests with a myriad of benefits, such as:  VIP check-in; butler service; private lounge with an exclusive breakfast, free Internet, coffee and snacks, such as fresh tropical fruit; L'Occitane amenities, shoe shine; special wake-up service; first item of clothing ironed free, first hour of meeting room free.

Increasing its already 1,078 square feet of lounge, the hotel created two new meeting rooms.  Each room can accommodate up to 14 people.  While the lounge caters to casual group meetings, the boardroom is ideal for business meetings.  Both boardrooms feature the following high-tech amenities:  an LCD 50-inch television with two complementary 19-inch screens; 120-inch projection screen; fully-adapted conference table with connections for 14 laptops; digital microphones for all participants; acoustic isolation; multipoint (up to three) videoconferencing with a speed of up to 512 kbps; a total sound capacity of 480 watts; ergonomic chairs by Aeron; secretary; CD player; DVD and VHS players; laptop available with a DVD + R/RW disk drive; color multifunction fax; scanner, copier, and printer; and space for coffee breaks.
