With great satisfaction we inform that today, September 5th, we will hold the Opening of the newest hotel of the Group Posadas.

The brand new Caesar Business is set in a large Real State enterprise, which includes the Hotel, a tower with offices and a Medical Center. The building of the complex was under the responsibility of Boetsch Constructors and the investment in the totaled US$ 10 million. This is the eighth enterprise carrying Caesar Business’ brand in South America, the first outside Brazil - where all others are located, always in large Capitals.

As all other remaining Hotels that carry Caesar Business’ brand, the new enterprise is geared towards guests during their business trips and offers state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology for executives. With 142 guest rooms, being 140 of them “standard” and 2 executive Suites, Santiago Caesar Business also offers space for business events or social gatherings, with a meeting room for 180 people and an international cuisine restaurant, which is influenced by South American gastronomy.

Abner Cayul M., 40 years old, will be in charge of the staff as the new Hotel’s General Manager. The professional experience of the new General Manager includes outstanding performance in companies such as: Compañia Cervecerias Unidas; Celulosa Arauco y Constituición and Hotel Kennedy, in the latter as an Administrative and Finances Manager.

Katherine Contardo L., 29 years old, will be in charge of the sales department. Graduated in Tourism at the Universidad Internacional SEK, in Chile, Katherine comes from the Neruda Hotels’ chain where she worked at the Events and Sales Department; more recently she was in charge of the Sales Department in three hotels of the Group.
