The core objective of Grupo Posadas' Vice President of Franchise is to develop the knowledge, tools, programs and products that add value to the brands, to the chain and to our hotel operation.  It is made up of the following areas:

  • ReservationsCenter
  • With state-of-the-art technology, the Reservations Center manages the Central Inventory, representing more than a third of the reservations that are generated for the Grupo Posadas hotel system.

  • Guest History
  • This system integrates a database with which client habits and demands can be interpreted, transforming them into business and marketing plans which enhance results and achieve greater satisfaction rates in the market.

  • Operating Standards
  • Brand standards are developed for franchise operations to make sure that they keep the promise they made to their guests and that the lodging experience is consistent.

  • Central Inventory and Revenue Management
  • The company has an infrastructure which allows it to make better sales decisions and provide clients with better responses.  To do this, it has a Revenue Management tool which, based on market performance and available inventory, points out the best ways to sell room nights, at the best price and as quickly as possible, thereby maximizing revenue.

  • Marketing
  • This is where new brands are designed, and the positioning and strategic development of each of them is defined to then create a proper advertising communications strategy and effective promotional efforts which support sales objectives.

  • Quality System
  • The Grupo Posadas hotels are subjected to periodical quality audits (Mystery Shopper) and satisfaction systems, to maintain and increase their standards and make sure that the brands keep the promise they made to their markets.

  • Distribution System
  • Grupo Posadas has an avant-garde distribution system, supported by Internet and G DS. Through several channels, all the hotels it operates have access to the most productive distribution systems, with which they multiply their exposure in key markets.

  • Loyalty Programs
  • In order to thank and reward our guests and companies for choosing our hotels for their executives' business trips, Grupo Posadas has a successful loyalty program, Fiesta Rewards, as well as the Apreciare and PIF programs.
